The Fitness Floor


Cardiovascular Training
The Buffalo Grove Fitness Center offers you over 100 pieces of cardiovascular training equipment on a 10,000 square foot fitness floor so equipment is always accessible for a good cardiovascular workout. Treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climbers, step mills, upright and recumbent bikes and rowers are just some of the equipment maintained on the fitness floor. Each cardiovascular piece of equipment is equipped with Cardio Theater, allowing personal cable access to your favorite programs during your workout.

Weight Resistance Training
The Buffalo Grove Fitness Center offers a variety of weight resistance equipment, including plate loaded, free weight and selectorized weight machine equipment. As members feel more comfortable using weight resistance equipment, they are encouraged to vary machine usage and type for a comprehensive, full-body workout.

Women’s Workout Area
We understand that it is sometimes more desirable to work out in a private area. That’s why we developed the Women’s Workout Area. We offer equipment for a comprehensive cardio and weight resistance workout tailored specifically for women.
