Your nutrition coach will be there, much like training wheels on a bicycle, to assist you until you are ready to venture off on your own.
How the Nutritional Program Works
After completing the Nutrition & Lifestyle questionnaire, a registered dietitian will review and set-up an appointment to discuss the specific details about your nutritional habits. Learn healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes to help compliment your exercise routine. Then, a personalized food plan is created and initial goals are set. Subsequent appointments include food tolerance progress evaluation, positive reinforcement and the establishment of new goals.
